How to plan your event
1. Send the date and number of guests
Email or call Frank with your preferred date, approximate number of guests and the type of event. We will get back to you with available rooms and a proposal.
2. Choose a room and package
We have rooms for 20, 30 and 50 people and the banqueting hall with room for 110 guests. Choose a standard, lunch, brunch or complete package above – or agree a solution tailored to your event.
3. Overnight stays for your guests
The hotel has 39 rooms in the same building as the event rooms. Check-in is 16:00-22:00 and check-out 07:00-10:30. An extra bed costs DKK 375. Ask Frank about rooms for your party, or let guests book themselves.
4. Practical information on arrival
The hotel is at Torvet 6 in Frederiksværk. There is public parking on the square and across the canal; spaces cannot be reserved.

- Our banquet hall in Frederiksværk seats up to 110 guests. The conference room holds up to 50 guests and the meeting room up to 20. We host weddings, christenings, confirmations, birthdays and company parties.

- Yes. Hotel Frederiksværk has 39 rooms in the same building as the event rooms, so your guests can go straight to bed after the party and enjoy the breakfast buffet the next morning at a favourable party rate.
- What does it cost to hold a party in Frederiksværk?
- The price depends on the menu, number of guests and duration. We have fixed party packages for weddings, christenings, confirmations and birthdays, and we are happy to put together a quote based on your wishes. Contact us for a specific quote.
- May we bring our own food or drinks?
- Food and drinks are provided by the hotel's own kitchen so we can guarantee quality and food safety. If you have special wishes, allergies or traditional dishes, we adapt the menu. If you want the party at home, you can order Selskab to go or catering.
